Important Notice: Potential Delays Due to Canada Post Strike

On November 15, 2024 the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) announced they were going on strike.

What this Means for You

Customer Support:

You may drop by our offices in Calgary, Grande Prairie, or La Crete during the above hours. If you wish to drop into the Edmonton or Lethbridge offices, please first contact our Insurance Advisors to arrange an appointment.

Policy Document Delivery Delays:

There may be delays in the delivery of your policy documents. We are working diligently to minimize any inconvenience this may cause

Payments:

There are a number of ways to make payment:

If you are already on a monthly payment plan, then there is no need to contact us. These payments will continue.
If you need to make a payment by credit card, please contact one of our team members at 1-866-222-6996 and they will be happy to process the payment over the phone. You may also make a payment via credit card at www.mmiab.ca/make-a-payment
You can go to your local bank and ask to make a payment to Mennonite Mutual Insurance.

Claims:

If you need to make a claim you can contact our office at 1-866-222-6996.
If you have a claim in progress, rest assured when a payment is needed related to your claim, we will arrange payment by the quickest method possible.
